7 Bedrooms • 6 Bathrooms 6 Baths • Sleeps 16-18Villa Paradiso is a private 700m² estate set within 5,000m² of walled, exclusively private gardens, a ten-minute walk from the cobblestone streets of Benalmádena Pueblo. The property has been in our family for over twenty years, finished and furnished to a high standard and refined through two decades of personal use.
The estate sits behind 2-metre walls inside a quiet residential urbanización, with secure garage parking and a gated entrance. The entire 5,000m² of gardens is for the exclusive use of guests in residence — no shared access, no other parties on the grounds.
Inside
Three large living rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with Sub-Zero fridge, steam oven, induction hob and water purification, and a bar. The games room features a full-size pool table and foosball, alongside a library. The private gym is equipped with a treadmill and free weights. A sauna is available in Bedroom 1's en-suite. Underfloor heating throughout for winter; air conditioning in all bedrooms and the main living room. Wi-Fi and Sonos cover the entire house.
Outside
A heated pool with pool-bar, a covered BBQ house with charcoal grill seating twelve, a back-garden gas grill with cascading waterfall, koi ponds, and mature palms throughout the grounds. Multiple covered terraces offer panoramic ocean views over the Mediterranean. By night, the gardens, terraces and pool are illuminated — one of the property's most memorable features. Sonos extends to the outdoor areas and pool-bar.
Bedrooms
Six bedrooms accommodate the standard booking, with four en-suite bathrooms and one shared between Bedrooms 5 and 6. An optional seventh bedroom — the owner's suite, a 70m² king with walk-in closet and two balconies — can be added for larger groups (see Rate Notes for details).
Service
Daily housekeeping (2 hours except Sundays) is included. Towels and bed linen are provided. A gardener maintains the grounds and may be on the property briefly during your stay; he works quietly.
